You're never to big to ask for advice
Ask for advice, at home and in the workplace. Don’t comment on what is said, you are looking for an opinion. Everyone likes to voice their idea right, or wrong. Thank them and move on. If the advice proves incorrect, learn from it. You should be spending more time at home than at work, so listen intently to what is said at home. Be prepared to explain why you did, or did not follow the advice you got at home. At work, you don't need to explain yourself.
